I don’t even know what Texas A&M is.” Snoop Dogg Snoop Dogg, Musician: Forgot all about it until I found this hat in my workout room this morning and stuck it on. I humored him because he bought me a cup of coffee. Then he gave me this hat and asked me to be a ‘brand ambassador,’ whatever that means. Anyway, he recognized me from The Hunt for Red October and made me do the ‘playmate of the month’ line several times while he convulsed with laughter. The bike took off and he couldn’t find it. He was out filming a video spot for some type of prototype rocket fueled bike or something. He told me he was John Sharp, Chancellor of Texas A&M University, as if those words were supposed to make sense to me. He was wearing a bike helmet and looked sort of lost and confused so I started talking to him. There I was on location in Austin, filming a few bits for The Leftovers, when I bumped into this funny little man on the street.
